On Saturday 19th March from 10.00am, through to Sunday 20th March 10.00 am
One of our wheelchair Bowlers, Terry Prior and team mate Peter Ring, are planning to play Bowls for 24 hours to raise money for the Children With Cancer Fund. Playing through the day and night to boost funds, there will also be music and other fund-raising activities during this event.
We are asking for club members to support the event by participating in the bowling, donating a raffle prize or making a donation to this deserved cause. We will also be having a cake stall so any donations would be gratefully received.
Throughout the 24hrs there will be a mixed drive, Chase the Jack, Aussie pairs, The 24hr relay team, Football bowls and the night shift. We would love for you all to put your name down to support Terry and Peter. There are sign up sheets and more information on the noticeboard as you enter the club.
